Updated About Us page: Adjusted layout of the About Us page, enabled site email.

1. Update homepage card style: adjust card size, display card tag count, show +N (excess tags) when more than 3 tags, add tool recognition badge. Cards changed to left-right layout: left side click to directly navigate to official website, right side click to enter detail page. 2. Add hot tools to homepage, which can be on-site online tools or third-party tools. 3. Clicking a tag enters the search tag results page, with related tag content displayed. 4. Update detail page: add a 'Visit Official Website' button to the right of the software name, and add related tool recommendations at the end (limited to 8). 5. Add on-site online tools (see homepage hot tools for details). 6. Move the search bar in the navbar downward. 7. Move the 'About Us' and 'Changelog' from the bottom to the top navbar.
